In the wallpaper industry, the RAL Quality Seal has been a trend for many years. It means that environmental compatibility and consumer friendliness have been taken into account in the production of these wallpapers.

The seal is awarded by the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification. The quality regulations were developed in cooperation with the Gütegemeinschaft Tapeten e.V. (Quality Association for Wallpapers).

With this quality mark you can be sure that the wallpapers have been manufactured to the highest standards with regard to health and ecology.

<h2>Ecological wallpapers with seal</h2>

Ecological wallpapers with various seals are available in different designs. For example, ecological wallpapers with the Ecodeco seal are characterised by various factors.

They are free of PVC, plasticisers and harmful substances. Ecological wallpapers with the Ecodeco seal are manufactured in an environmentally friendly way and can be used in any room.

They are hardly distinguishable from vinyl wallpapers. In most cases, you do not have to do without the advantages of non-woven wallpaper.

<h2>Wallpapers can also be eco without a quality seal</h2>

Some wallpapers also belong to the category "ecological wallpapers" without any seal of approval. These include above all the fabric wallpapers from the wallpaper manufacturer Desima.

100% natural yarns are used for the production of the wallpapers. This makes the wallpapers environmentally friendly and sustainable.

At the same time, the fabric wallpapers have an organic structure and contribute to improving the room climate.

The natural yarns such as jute, rayon, linen, viscose or silk are laminated onto a non-woven backing and are thus easy to work with and very durable.
