Oh la la
Today there is a wide spectrum of different qualities. The easiest and most inexpensive paper-backing wallpaper exist of a printed simplex paper. Simplex paper is one-ply, wood-free or also wooden-containing paper with relatively low firmness.
Duplex papers were produced first in Scandinavia. It consists of a wood-free upper road and a wooden-containing unterroad. Upper road and unterroad become wet couched, speak pressed. This quality is quite clearly firm, it is produced in different grammages, from 130 to 180 g / sqm. The unterroad of the duplex paper exists nearly only of recycling paper. Recycling paper is marked with the "Blue Angel" brand and helpful for the nature.
With the introduction of embossing machines for the manufacturing of wallpapers an essential high-class jump was to be registered. A printed wallpaper road was concealed with the second paper road and was embossed in wet state and afterwards dried. Then is this printed wallpaper road concealed with a second, wooden-containing paper road, embossed in the wet state and afterwards dried. The wallpaper thereby keeps extensively her three-dimensional form. With this production procedure the wallpaper can receive a wild embossment or a rapport embossing. Rapport embossing or also hot embossing with vinyl wallpapers is already the high art of the surface refining with wallpaper. This paper-backing wallpapers are very firm, also long roads can be well used.
Paper-backing wallpapers are not transparent, they are breathable, moisture-regulating and as a high-quality recycling paper ecologically friendly. For children's room this wallpapers are also to be recommended very much for economic reasons.
